About the Building
1000 Museum is one of the few existing residential towers designed by the late Dame Zaha Hadid — and one of the last. The exoskeleton structure wraps 62 floors in a flowing, biomorphic form that has become one of Miami's defining skyline elements. The building's 83 residences range from sky lofts to duplex penthouses, with private helicopter landing pads available to penthouse residents. The location — at the nexus of Brickell, Wynwood, and the Design District — positions residents at the center of Miami's cultural and financial life.
